The entire SEIREL team works towards helping you so that your operating season proceeds as smoothly as possible.

On-call system

Our hotline is available on weekends and public holidays during the winter season. The dates and on-call number are e-mailed to the stations before the season.

Qualified technicians man this hotline. To ensure that this service is available and reactive, please use this number for immobilising breakdowns and emergencies.

On-site technical assistance

A stock of spare parts is available for urgent repairs. We also advise you to verify your own stock, especially parts specific to your apparatus.
